Dr Luca Boeri is a full staff Urologist and Andrologist at the Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, in Milan, Italy. He completed his medical doctor degree at University Vita Salute San Raffaele. He took his residency at University of Milan and he spend one year abroad at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN, USA) for a research fellowship.

His special interest is male infertility and male sexual dysfunction. He completed his PhD program in 2022 focusing on the immune tolerance of infertile and fertile men. Since 2019 he is an Associate member of the European Association of Urology (EAU) Guidelines for Sexual and Reproductive Health. He is also an active member of national and international societies (Italian Society of Urology, Italian Society of Andrology, International Society for Sexual Medicine). He is the leader of the research team of the Urology Department of Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico. As a borad member of the Italian Society of Andrology he is involved in several projects dealing with fertility preservation, prevention and surgical training in andrology. He performs microsurgery for male infertility and he is involved in several activities with regenerative therapies for andrological diseases.

He has published more than 190 peer reviewed papers and book chapters. His H index is 25 (January 2024). He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Impotence Research – Your Sexual Medicine Journal and reviewer for 10 Urological Journals.
