Dr. Nimbi earned his Ph.D. with marks of excellence in Dynamic and Clinical Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome in 2018. Presently, he holds the position of PostDoc Researcher and Lecturer at the Department of Dynamic and Clinical Psychology and Health Studies, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. He is a seasoned researcher and lecturer in Clinical Psychology (M/PSI-08), focusing particularly on Sexology, Sexual Medicine, Research Methodology, and Statistics. Dr. Nimbi has contributed to various research projects covering diverse topics such as Sexual Desire, LGBTQIA+ studies and stigma, Chemsex, Consent and Sexual Education, Psychometrics of Sexual Health related Measures, and Genito-Pelvic Pain in chronic diseases (e.g., HIV, breast cancer). Additionally, he is a trained Clinical Psychologist, EFS&ESSM Certified Psycho-Sexologist (ECPS), Sex-Educator, and Lecturer at the Institute of Clinical Sexology of Rome. Currently, he serves as the General Secretary of the European Federation of Sexology (EFS), is a member of the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM), and participates in the 5th International Consultation on Sexual Medicine (ICSM) by the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM).
